The Vedder-Chilliwack River flows from Chilliwack Lake to the Fraser River.
It is called the Chilliwack River between Chilliwack Lake and the Vedder Crossing Bridge.
From the Vedder Crossing Bridge to the Fraser River, it is called the Vedder River. At one time the
Chilliwack River flowed North through Sardis, but it was diverted West to Sumas Lake.
